OHP to host job fair, teams with Chamber, Jobs and Family Services

Community members will have the opportunity to meet potential employers during a job fair held Tuesday, August 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center in Bellefontaine.

Over 20 employers have agreed to participate in job fair including the event’s sponsors Mary Rutan Hospital, Midwest Express Group, Net Gain Information Systems, and Adecco.

The job fair at Ohio Hi-Point is possible through a collaborative effort between Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, the Logan County Chamber of Commerce and Jobs and Family Services.

Residents in Logan county, and surrounding counties, will have an opportunity to meet the industry demands on August 7 by showcasing skills and talents through a resume, letters of reference and potential on-the-spot interviews.

Those who are interested in obtaining skill sets or advancing skill sets in a particular career path can also speak with representatives from Ohio Hi-Point’s Adult and Continuing Education division during the day to learn about courses offered in partnership with Clark State Community College.

Dress is business casual and attendees will turned away at the door without proper dress. In addition, no childcare will be available during the job fair. For more information visit ohiohipoint.com.
