Hi-Point Journeys bloggers rewarded at half-way point

Most of this year's bloggers at Raymond House

One of the ways we reward the hard work and effort of our Hi-Point Journeys student bloggers is by feeding them at various times throughout the school year as just a way to say thank you.  They go above and beyond their everyday activities and learning responsibilities to help tell the story of Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, and we believe in rewarding them for that.  Most of them were able to get away today to travel to Raymond, Ohio to the Raymond House, a nice, quaint little place outside of Marysville, Ohio, that caters.  The nice people there had several types of pizza, tacos, salad, and desserts for the students and it was delicious!

Hi-Point Journeys has been a model campaign for allowing high school students to have a voice in showcasing what life is like on a daily basis within the classrooms of Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.  Many other career centers and K12′s are beginning their own similar campaign that are allowing students this experience.  I encourage to visit the Hi-Point Journeys site or become a fan on the Journeys Facebook page to check out their blogs, photos and videos and to follow along throughout the rest of this school year.
